Both Amaro Wierenga and Fernot should be refrigerated after opening. Sumac does not require refrigeration but are best kept in a cool place out of direct sunlight.

All three can be kept unopened for up to 1 year in a cool place, out of direct sunlight. Once opened, we recommend you drink your Saints within three months for best flavor.

Treat Saint Heck like you treat your vermouth. It can be accessible during service, tucked away in the fridge when not in use.

Fernot and Sumac are totally gluten free. Amaro Wierenga does use roasted barley in the infusion process and so it may contain trace amounts of gluten.
