Inspired by the classic bouquet of herbs found in traditional fernets, our formulation delivers the complexity a true digestif without the alcohol. Fernot also intentionally excludes a few historic fernet ingredients — aloe ferox, angelica root, and wormwood — making it a thoughtful option for pregnant people and others who are advised to avoid those botanicals.
