Ritual without regret.
Saint Heck is a zero-proof amaro, handcrafted in St. Louis. Every bottle is 0.0% ABV and built around the bittersweet ritual of a proper amaro: botanicals, bitter herbs, and spice — for sipping neat, over ice, or in a craft cocktail.

We believe hospitality means everyone deserves a seat at the table and a great drink. I started Saint Heck so the ritual could stay — pouring something thoughtful at the end of a meal, mixing a drink worth slowing down for, raising a glass with friends — just without the alcohol.

Founder Kristin Dennis brings 20 years of hospitality together with two decades in STEM to shape a hands-on approach with craft, precision, and high-stakes execution. Our small, agile team is guided by creativity and passion for the work. Every bottle is made by hand, in small batches, by us in St. Louis — no third-party co-packer.
